Klox Limited t/a Klox Business Solutions – a Christchurch-based company providing clients with tried-and-trusted, effective solutions in the areas of administration, bookkeeping, cash-flow management, health and safety documentation, following up on quotes, financial reporting and business development. 

Our focus is primarily on tradespeople where our expertise and experience are most applicable, since Linda was raised in a family of tradespeople. Linda has an appreciation of your skillset, and your frustration at not being able to focus on your core capabilities because you have to manage the business side of their company as well.

Elizna Tinone - Virtual Assistant @ Time Creator VA Services Ltd

Elizna's passion is to help busy business owners have a better work-life balance by doing their admin tasks for them. As part of the Klox Business Solutions family, she prides herself in her honesty, integrity and transparency with her clients. 

She aims to work smarter not harder, and doesn't shy away from sharing systems that will save her clients' time and money. Elizna believes to be truly successful herself, her clients succeed in their business.

Elizna focuses on Financial reconciliation. She uses Hubdoc and Xero. Elizna has extensive experience with Cliniko. She is passionate abhout improving systems and processes for clients.

Carolyn Bentley - Payroll

Carolyn is a born and bred Cantabrian. She has been working extensively with payroll for the past 25 years and brings a wealth of experience, using a number of payroll software programs.

Carolyn has worked with Not-for-Profit, Trusts, Schools and Commercial entities. She is passionate about payroll and understands how complex it is for employers to tackle this task.

Payroll, Employment Law and in particular the Holiday’s Act is extremely complex. It’s important that as a software user you understand when to apply the various leave calculations and be able to double check what the payroll software is telling you.

Carolyn has an interest in tramping, gardening and animals.

Kelly Cotterell - Virtual Assistant

Kelly is dual Tertiary Qualified in Marketing, Finance and Psychology and can bring a wealth of experience to your business. 

Throughout the last 10 years, Kelly has worked in Marketing, Education, Manufacturing and Mental Health Fields in various capacities. Kelly focuses on LinkedIn profiles and strategies, Social media management and Marketing. Kelly has a talent for organisation and processes, along with a creative flair that loves to be explored.
